How long does a printing job take?
Small jobs like business cards and flyers are usually ready in 1–3 working days. Banners can often be done same day. Large runs, books and calendars typically take 3–5 working days. We always confirm a ready date with your quote.
Do you design the artwork if I don't have any?
Yes. Send us your logo, the text you want and any colours you like, and our designers will build the layout. You get a proof to approve before printing. Design help is free on most standard jobs.
What file format should I send?
PDF, PNG, JPG or AI files are all fine. For the sharpest result, send a PDF or a high-resolution image (300dpi at the final print size). If your file isn't print-ready, we'll tell you and fix it.
How much does printing cost?
Price depends on the item, size, paper, colours and quantity. Because bulk pricing drops the unit cost fast, tell us your quantity and we'll send an exact figure on WhatsApp — usually within the hour.
Do you deliver outside Agbor?
Yes. Pickup at our shop in Agbor is free. We also arrange delivery within Agbor and to nearby towns in Delta State. For other states we can send through a courier or transport company — ask us for details.
How do I pay?
We accept bank transfer and cash. For most jobs we ask for a deposit to start production, with the balance on collection. You'll get a clear breakdown before you pay anything.
